A roof restoration is the largest of our jobs involving , first rebedding the ridge cappings, changing valley irons ,changing all broken tiles, clean all gutters. Then pressure cleaning roof to remove all grit and grime. Then repointing the ridges in flexible pointing. Painting in 3 coats of paint- colour in owners preference.
Removing all moss and grime from terracotta and cement tiles.
Removing all the old mortar from the ridges then re laying them on a new sand and cement bed at a 4 -1 mix, then applying flexible pointing to the edge of the ridges covering the new bedding giving a smooth finish.
Removing the rusted valley irons and replacing it in new zinc valley irons, or colour bond
Rebedding and pointing 1 ridge to 150 ridge ,changing 1 tile to 200 tiles , small valley replacements or big ones, Spout cleaning. No job to small or big!!
